SELF CHECK-IN WITH THE

SHELBYNEXT | MEMBERSHIP APP

How to Check-In for Sunday Morning Worship on your app.

 

1. Downloading the ShelbyNEXT | Membership App

  • Visit the app store or Google Play store on your mobile device.

  • Search for: “ShelbyNEXT membership”

  • Then, Download the free app on your device

2. Logging-in to the ShelbyNEXT | Membership App

  • Before you begin, make sure you have your ShelbyNext Username and Password handy.

    • If you DO NOT have a username and password, please contact Kelly Ferguson in the church office to request a username. This will be in the form of an email address we can provide you with when we set up your access.

    • If you know your username but forgot your password, you have tap the words: “Forget password?”

  • When logging into ShelbyNEXT | Membership App for the first time: tap the word “domain” and change it to: “fbcmaryville” (note: this is case sensitive).

  • Next, enter your username and password.

  • Then, tap the “Sign In” button.

  • That’s it! You’re logged in and ready for self check-in.

3. Self Check-In with the ShelbyNext | Membership App

  • When you arrive at church, whether in the parking lot or in your seat in the worship space, open the ShelbyNEXT | Membership App

  • Log-in using your personal credentials

  • From the app’s home screen, tap the “Check-In” button.

  • Next, Choose who is checking in. You can check in any or all of the members of your family unit at once.

  • Select each person and on the next page that you are automatically prompted to, choose the worship service you are checking in for: Either “CLASSIC SUNDAY Registration” for the Classic Worship Service at 9am, or “CONTEMPORARY SUNDAY Registration” for the Contemporary Worship Service at 11am. THEN PRESS DONE, near the top of your screen.

  • Repeat this step for each person you are checking in.

  • Then, choose the Check-In Station you are checking into, meaning, choose either the

    Classic Service, or the Contemporary Service.

  • Lastly, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap, “Check In.”

  • That’s it! You’re checked-in for worship. Don’t worry about any badges or printed

    badges...we don’t use those for our worship services.
